Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, or hurricanes), acts of government or regulatory bodies, wars, riots, strikes, labor disputes, power outages, failures or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services, and any other unforeseen events that prevent the performance of contractual obligations. - In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Ignite Peptides shall notify you as soon as practicable and will make reasonable efforts to resume performance. However, no party shall be considered in breach of these Terms due to a delay or failure in performance caused by a Force Majeure Event.
- If the Force Majeure Event persists for a period exceeding 30 days, either party may terminate the affected portion of the Services without liability to the other, except for any payments made for services already rendered.
7.2 Termination for Breach and for Convenience
a. Ignite Peptides reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms.
